Thank you for finding your way to our support page. I can't tell you how excited we are to have this opportunity to serve our Heavenly Father in this way, and I never imagined myself in any sort of full-time ministry. But God has been so good and made the way so clear.
To enable us to do this work we obviously need your support, and please don’t think just in terms of finance. Life is far from what most people would call normal on the HaYovel base and living with the challenges of being in what the world has termed “The West Bank”. So your prayers are not just appreciated, but vital.
To be honest, asking people for money has been the most daunting aspect of this journey so far. But I have come to realise that this is not me asking for money for myself. This is an opportunity for you to be a blessing to The Land and the people of the Bible, and to invest in the fulfilment of prophecy.
Genesis 12:3
And I will bless those who bless you, and curse those who curse you; and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.
In the original Hebrew the two words used for curse are actually different. The first is arar, meaning to bitterly curse. The second curse is qalal, which can be translated as ‘to make light of’. But lets focus on the blessing bit!
So your financial support goes to HaYovel to cover the cost of us living and providing the means for us to carry out the work placed before us. We are hoping to build a support group who can give a monthly donation. Our goal is to raise $3,000.00 per month, £2,225.00 at the current exchange rate.
The other aspect of this, and in some ways the most important, is that we get to be your personal connection to The Land and what is happening there. We will be sending out regular WhatsApp messages, photos and videos, and keeping our blog running, so you can see what is happening. We get to share how God is moving, and the truth of what really happens in this much fought over piece of land; a truth far removed from what you will ever hear from mainstream media.
I pray that God has stirred something in you to join us in this. A very good friend of ours said to us just yesterday “You being in Israel has made it so much closer”. It is my prayer that you would also want that same thing.
